Premium Quality & Timeless Materials
I choose materials designed to last, ensuring my artwork remains vibrant and unchanged for generations. Quality isn’t just a consideration – it’s a core principle that shapes every piece I create. From natural fibers to synthetic papers, every medium is carefully selected for its long-lasting properties. Whether you’re an art enthusiast or looking for something special, I am confident you will find enduring value here.
Technical Standards: Archival vs Lightfast vs Museum-Quality
To ensure longevity and chemical stability, I adhere to specific industry standards for preservation.
- Archival ensures longevity and durability through chemical stability, meaning the materials will not degrade over time.
- Lightfast refers specifically to resistance to fading and color change when exposed to light sources.
- Museum-Quality combines both Archival and Lightfast properties, adding an extra layer of protection typically expected for high-value pieces meant to be preserved for decades.
Digital Standards & PreCISION
Using advanced software such as Rebelle 8 Pro, Adobe Fresco, Photoshop, and Illustrator, I employ digital brushes that replicate the depth of physical media, ensuring the capture of complex textures within the artwork and giving it exceptional depth. Each file is a high-resolution resource with maximum quality, offering collectors the ultimate in visual fidelity.
While physical artworks are protected by archival varnishes, my digital originals are preserved using rigorous data protocols. The masters are calibrated to maintain the exact original color palette, ensuring cutting-edge quality. Thus, your digital asset retains all its value and uniqueness, just like the physical artworks.
The Finishing Touches & Hand Identification
Valuable pieces are identified and signed by hand as a mark of authenticity. When you buy a collectible, I want you to have something in your hands that is protected from the outside world; therefore, I use Liquitex archival varnishes for this work. They are of high quality, providing great resistance to light, UV radiation, and dust.
A Certificate of Authenticity accompanies all valuable pieces. It serves as a report card for your artwork, containing important information such as the date of creation, the name of the artwork, and its unique identification number. This paper proves that the artwork is real and not fake; keep it and give it to the next owner, because it is precious documentation of provenance.
Shipping protocols are equally rigorous. Every piece that leaves my studio is treated with the greatest care. Collectibles will be protected with acid-free glassine paper, and a custom box will be created if needed to prevent damage during transit.
Editions: Original vs Limited vs Open
Understanding how editions work is key to collecting art.
Original pieces are OOAK: One Of A Kind works that are truly unique. They are created with high-quality supports and media, always favoring materials that will stand the test of time. Because they are signed and numbered individually, these pieces hold the most value for collectors seeking a unique investment.
Limited Edition prints are exceptional museum-quality reproductions. Printed with pigments on paper or canvas, once all copies of this edition are sold, there will be no reprints. Their scarcity ensures that their value will increase over time as they become rarer.
Open Edition refers to print-on-demand editions where quantity limits do not apply. These are printed with my eco-friendly inkjet printer using dye and pigment inks. While priced for accessibility, the use of quality ink ensures these remain excellent representations of the art without compromising your investment in my works.
