Shipping:
1. I offer shipping to Canada. For any international orders, please contact me.
2. Shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensions of the artwork. The exact cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
3. I aim to dispatch orders within 1-7 days, excluding weekends and holidays.
4. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout or send to you by email.
5. Once the artwork is dispatched, I will provide tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status of your order.
6. International delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
Packaging:
1. All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in pristine condition.
2. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. Read the Refunds, Returns and Exchanges section.
Shipping Restrictions:

  1. Damaged Artwork: However, if your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact me as soon as you receive it. I will need: Photos that show the problem, The tracking number, A copy of your purchase receipt and a description of the problem. Send this to info@merryclaude.com .
