Archival vs Lightfast vs museum
- Archival : Longevity + Durability + Chemical stability
- Lightfast : Resistant to fading and color change
- Museum-Quality : Archival + Lightfast +++
The Finishing Touches
- Valuable pieces are identified and signed by hand.
- Varnish: When you buy a collectible, you want to have something in your hands that is protected from the outside world. I use Liquitex archival varnishes for this work. They are of high quality, provide great resistance to light, UV and dust.
- Certificat of Authenticity: Valuable pieces are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. It’s like a report card for your artwork. It contains important information about your artwork, such as the date of creation, the name of the artwork, its unique identification number… This paper proves that the artwork is real and not fake. Keep it and give it to the next owner, it’s precious!
- Shipping: Every piece that leaves my studio is treated with the greatest care.
- Collectibles will be protected with glassine paper. A custom box will be created if needed.
