    2. Shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensions of the artwork. The exact cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
    3. I aim to dispatch orders within 1-7 days, excluding weekends and holidays.
    4. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout or send to you by email.
    5. Once the artwork is dispatched, I will provide tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status of your order.
  2. Free Shipping: I offer free shipping on most products and destinations within North America.
  3. Packaging:
    1. All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in pristine condition.
    2. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. See the Damaged Artwork section bellow.
  4. International Shipping:
    1. I offer international shipping to most of the countries. Additional charges and duties may apply. Send me a message to have a personnal quote.
    2. International delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
  5. Shipping Restrictions:
    1. Some artworks may be subject to shipping restrictions based on their size, weight, or materials.
    2. I reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain locations if we are unable to guarantee safe and timely delivery.
    3. If such a case arises, you will be reimbursed.

    1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete handling addresses during the checkout process.
    2. I’m not liable for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  7. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
  8. Insurances:
    1. Optional shipping Insurances may be available for an additional fee. Customers interested in purchasing insurances should contact me before placing their order.
  9. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
    1. Thank you for considering my artwork! Please note that due to the unique and personal nature of our pieces, all sales are final.
      1. Damaged Artwork: However, if your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact me as soon as you receive it. I will need: Photos that show the problem, The tracking number, A copy of your purchase receipt and A description of the problem. Send this to info@merryclaude.com .

    1. By purchasing Artwork from merryclaude.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies.
    2. I reserves the right to amend these policies at any time without prior notice.
    3. Any amendments shall be effective immediately upon posting.
